Illinois Textbook Loan Program
On June 24, 2010, the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) passed a Fiscal Year 2011 budget. Numerous programs received significant reductions or elimination of funding as a result of the Fiscal Year 2011 budget passed by the Illinois General Assembly. The Illinois Textbook Loan Program (ITLP) was one of the programs in which funding was eliminated for Fiscal Year 2011.
The Illinois Textbook Relocation Program continues to operate. It is an excellent opportunity to find used instructional materials in good shape to enhance or compliment the materials that you provide to students.
