Chairman Leininger called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. He introduced Carmen Chapman-Pfeifer who gave a presentation to the Board on ISAT. Carmen responded to questions from the Board and the Chairman thanked her for attending and updating the board on ISAT.

Chairman Leininger then introduced Toni Waggoner who made a presentation to the Board on the EFAB Survey Results. Copies of the summary were also distributed.

Chairman Leininger then asked Bill Hinrichs to discuss and explain the Augenblick Report in more detail to the Board.

The Waggoner and Hinrichs Power Point presentations are available on the EFAB web site.

It was decided that the next meeting of the Board would be held on October 22 in the Chicago and Springfield Office V-TEL Rooms.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:00 p.m.
