ISAT Sample Books
There will be no new ISAT Sample Books for the 2011-2012 school year. Please use the existing 2011 Sample Books for test preparation for the spring 2012 ISAT tests.

Note: If a test does not display, a pop-up blocker may be preventing it from opening and you may need to instruct the pop-up blocker to allow access to these tests. If you get "access denied," or "page not found" messages, it may mean that tight security at your school or district is preventing access. Please do not load the reading sample books (electronic files) to your computer or network. Many of the reading passages in the sample book are copyrighted passages. The permission rights the State of Illinois acquired are only for posting to the ISBE Web site.
You may establish a link from your computer or network to the reading passages on the ISBE Web site.
NOTE: There will be no paper copies of the 2011 ISAT Sample Test Books printed and distributed this year. The Sample Test Books are only available electronically on this Web site.
