Illinois Alternate Assessment School Codes

If you have a student taking the IAA, you must complete a student demographic form for each portfolio you are submitting. You will need to know the region, county, district, type and school codes for the student's home school and if applicable serving/testing school. To access these codes online at ISBE, go to: http://www.isbe.net/research/htmls/directories.htm . Click on the 2005-06 file. For questions, call Marilyn Leveque at 217/782-4823.

Feb. 10 is the last day to request additional materials and Feb. 17 is the last day to ship portfolios to Measured Progress for scoring.
