Pre-ID label upload

The Division of Student Assessment would like to thank all the folks who have worked on uploading pre-ID label information – we recognize how this has taken time, resources and energy. We hope that having this information on SIS will assist you later in the clean up process. We are grateful for all your hard work.

PRE-ID LABEL UPLOAD UPDATE:

• For information on submitting pre-ID assessment data to the Student Information System, please go to www.isbe.net/sis. Or call 217-558-3600 for help. You can also email rmccabe@isbe.net.
• Please remember to update your student demographic and assessment information as needed through testing windows – this will help keep it as accurate as possible and assist you in the data correction that will be allowed after testing is completed. More on this later.

For those of you involved in the assessment pre-ID label data for grades 3 through 8 and grade 11 – here is an update:

Enrolled On or Before May 1st:

Q and A document about the May 1st definition is now online at www.isbe.net/sis or www.isbe.net/assessment.

Deadlines for uploading to SIS:

February 3 – grades 3-8 must be uploaded to Student Information System – if you do not anticipate being able to honor this deadline, please notify rmccabe@isbe.net immediately.

February 21 – grade 11 must be uploaded to Student Information System – if you do not anticipate being able to honor this deadline, please notify rmccabe@isbe.net immediately.

Uploading on to Harcourt and Questar:

If you do not have State ID numbers for your students, then you are to upload your pre-ID assessment information to our contractor’s system – Please contact them for information at the following:
