COMING SOON FOR SIS DISTRICTS!!

2006 Assessment Correction File

This is to alert districts that there will be more opportunities to correct your final data file for AYP past the “Final File Extract – Data for AYP” deadlines. (For more information go to www.isbe.net/assessment - Data Corrections for SIS Districts.)

The 2006 Assessment Correction File will be a “flat” file that will include school data from the SIS demographics file and the Assessment Pre-ID file as extracted on the last day of grades 3-8 testing. (see deadlines below)

This Assessment Correction File can be used to make corrections and must be uploaded to ISBE. ISBE staff is working on this process at this time and further information will be forthcoming in the near future. Stay tuned – more to come.

The deadlines for data files will remain the same but you will now have the opportunity to correct this data after the deadline.
