Adjusted Testing Waiver - ISAT

As referenced in Superintendent Dunn’s Weekly Message on Monday, ISBE’s Student Assessment Division has developed a form for Districts that have not yet begun testing to request adjustment of their testing dates due to problems with delivery of testing materials.
