Please Exit Inactive Students From Your Local Student Management Systems and Upload Data to SIS

It has come to our attention that since the original upload of data to the State Student Information System, that many students are no longer enrolled in their original home school/district. It is imperative that if you have students who are no longer attending your school, that the students be exited in your local school administrative package and that their enrollment exit information be uploaded to SIS. Once a student is exited from your school district, it imperative that you do not include exited students on future batch submissions to SIS. This information will impact your test participation rate and Adequate Yearly Progress calculations. These changes must be made prior to the close of the assessment data correction window.
