May 4, 2006ADDITIONAL REMINDER: ASSESSMENT CORRECTION WINDOWThe Assessment correction window for grades 3-8 will close at midnight, on May 5, 2006. Changes to students’ records in grades 3-8 will no longer be accepted until the June correction window opens. If you attempt to upload an assessment correction file for grades 3-8 on your downloaded file after May 5th, you will receive the following message: “Each student will receive an error code in Column A1 of “F” and the message will be in Column AJ—“Assessment Correction Window Closed.” The Assessment Correction file for grade 11 will be available for corrections on May 13, 2006 and this correction window will close at midnight on May 26, 2006.
