September 19, 2006PSAE Retake OrderingThis is a reminder to HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPALS who plan to administer the Prairie State Achievement Examination (PSAE) retake this fall to grade 12 students at their school. In late August you received a mailing from Harcourt that provided information about how to order the materials you will need for Day 2 testing on Tuesday, October 31, 2006. Please note that you must order both standard time test booklets and materials for students who need to test with accommodations online at Harcourt’s Spectrum Web site (http://spectrum.harcourt.com). There are no fax order forms for Day 2 as was true in past years. The deadline for ordering Day 2 test materials for the grade 12 retake is this Friday, September 22, 2006. If you need assistance related to using Spectrum (including registering on Spectrum so you can place the order for your school), please contact the Harcourt Customer Support Center at 800-763-2306 which is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CST. Students who choose to participate in the retake should be reminded that they must take both Day 1 (the ACT) and Day 2 of the retake to earn PSAE scores. Illinois State Board of Education |
