TRACKING YOUR ISAT AND IAA TEST MATERIAL SHIPMENTS
February 12, 2006
Non-Secure test materials for the Spring 2007 ISAT
test administration have begun shipping from Pearson
Educational Measurement's distribution facility
in Iowa City, Iowa. ISAT materials are being distributed
in two distribution waves: Non-Secure Test Materials
and Secure Test Materials.
- Non-Secure test material includes Coordinator Kits,
Student ID Labels (pre-ID), and answer documents for
grade 4-8. (Grade 3 answers are written in the actual
test booklet and therefore, a secure item.) . Shipping
has been underway since last Thursday
- Secure test material
includes bulk Test Administration Manuals, and all
test booklets grade 3-8.
Note: You will be receiving 2-sets of green and red
return labels – one set in your non-secure material
shipment (within your Coordinator Kits), and one set
within your secure material shipment. This is being
done so that you will have sufficient return labels for
returning test materials to Pearson.
TEST MATERIAL ARRIVAL – ISAT test materials are
being distributed in accordance with your scheduled testing
window. With the exception of test materials for year-round
schools, non-secure test materials will arrive approximately
two-weeks prior to your scheduled test window. This will
allow you sufficient time to apply Student ID Labels
(pre-ID) to the grade 4-8 answer documents. Secure test
materials, will arrive approximately one week prior to
your scheduled testing window.
