ISAT TEST MATERIAL PICK UP REMINDER
ISAT Reading, Math,
and Science Test Materials provided by Pearson
ISAT test material pick ups have started. It is crucial
that you have your test materials ready for pick up as
indicated below. Material pick ups can occur anytime
between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. (CDT) and it is important that
someone from your district be present to facilitate the
material pick up. It important you have your test material
ready for pick up before the driver arrives. Carriers
typically will not wait for you to complete your material
return preparations, and typically are not be able to
return later in the day.
If FedEx or a designated Freight Courier has not picked
up your test materials by 5 p.m. on the date indicated
below, do not call FedEx or ISBE. Contact Pearson’s
Illinois Customer Support Center at 800-627-7990, state
code 814.
Remember, you are either going to need:
- Green labels for return of answer documents – tested
and non-tested students, that are to be processed.
Every box being return with process materials must
have a green
label affixed.
- Red labels for return of all other test
materials. Every box being return with other test materials must
have a red label affixed.
- Either FedEx Material Return Labels or a freight
Bill of Lading that is indicated for ‘non-secure’ test
materials. If you are a district with FedEx labels,
every box with process material being returned must
have a
FedEx label affixed to the box. Note, if you have a
non-secure freight Bill of Lading you will not get
or will you need
FedEx Material Return Labels.
- Either FedEx Material Return Labels or a freight
Bill of Lading that is indicated for ‘secure’ test
materials. If you are a district with FedEx labels,
every box with other test material being returned must
have
a FedEx label affixed to the box. Note, if you have
a secure material freight Bill of Lading you will not
get
or will you need FedEx Material Return Labels.
If you have misplaced your labels please contact Pearson’s
Illinois Customer Support Center at 800-627-7990, state
code 814. It is important that any request for additional
labels be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled
material pick up.
If your district/CPS school tested March 5-March 16,
2007, or you are a year-round school:
- Non-Secure Test Materials (answer documents
to process) – Wednesday, March 21, 2007
- Secure Test Materials – Friday, March
23, 2007
If your district/CPS school is testing March 12-March
23, 2007:
- Non-Secure Test Materials (answer documents
to process) – Wednesday, March 28, 2007
- Secure Test Materials – Thursday,
March 29, 2007
If your district/CPS school is testing March 19-March
30, 2007:
- Non-Secure Test Materials (answer documents
to process) – Wednesday, April 4, 2007
- Secure Test Materials – Friday, April
6, 2007
MISSED YOUR PICK UP
If you missed your material pickup, you are responsible
for contacting Pearson at 800-627-7990, state code 814,
to reschedule a material pick up date. Do NOT contact
FedEx or ISBE.
ARRANGE FOR A DIFFERENT PICK UP
To arrange for a different pick up date contact Pearson
at 800-627-7990, state code 814, to request a different
pick up date. Do NOT contact FedEx or ISBE. Requests
for a different pick-up date needs to be made at least
48 hours prior to your scheduled material pick up, and
could be subject to ISBE’s approval.
TRACKING YOUR ISAT MATERIAL RETURNS TO PEARSON
It is important that you keep accurate documentation
in terms of what your district sends back to Pearson,
specially the FedEx tracking numbers that appear on material
tracking labels you use, or a copy of the freight Bill
of Lading.
You can also track the progress of your test materials
back to Pearson, on Pearson’s Assessment Network.
- Go to www.pearsonacces.com/il
- Use the User ID and assigned
your district or CPS school back in December 2006.
- Click on the Orders tab located towards the
top of
your screen.
- To the upper right hand side of
your screen select Material Tracking from the dropdown
box.
- Click on the Order History and Tracking sub
link located towards the upper left of your screen.
All the orders that Pearson sent you during the
spring 2007 test
administration cycle will then display.
- Towards the upper left of your screen click on
the radio button that will toggle your screen to Shipments
to Pearson. All the materials with FedEx Material Tracking
Labels attached will be displayed.
- Select any of the tracking numbers indicated
to view its status of return to Pearson. By clicking
on
the link you will be redirected to FedEx’s worldwide
material tracking website.
If your materials were return via a freight courier,
please contact Pearson's Illinois Customer Support
Center at 800-627-7990, state code 814, to obtain your
material tracking status.
