ISAT scores relationship to PSAE

The following is from a study that was conducted by MetriTech, Inc., Champaign, Illinois, and was reported in an appendix to the 2002 ISAT Technical Manual. The cross validation study was just done in the last few weeks as was the rescaling to make the results work with the 2006 ISAT scales.
