The schedule of Assessment Network training sites, dates, and times, can be found on ISBE’s website at: http://www.isbe.net/assessment/pdfs/2008_Assessment_Network_Training.pdf. There will be two (2) WEBEX Assessment Network training sessions that are more specifically designed for non-Chicago districts that have had previous interaction with the Assessment Network (formerly SchoolHouse™). Additionally, if your non-Chicago district has had little interaction with Special Education Cooperatives (SEC), Regional Offices of Education (ROE), Independent Service Centers (ISC), or Special Education Private Facilities, the WEBEX training session is an option for your district representatives rather than attending an onsite session. Non-Chicago districts are more then welcome to attend one of the listed training sessions as well. Special Education Cooperatives (SEC), Regional Offices of Education (ROE), Independent Service Centers (ISC), and especially Special Education Private Facilities, ISAT and IAA Test Coordinators are asked to attend one of the onsite training sessions. All sessions are a maximum of three hours in length, and on most days there are two (2) session time slots a day. ISBE and Pearson are pleased to offer these Assessment Network training sessions and encourages ISAT and IAA Test Coordinators throughout the state to take advantage of these training opportunities. Please review the training location and times posted at http://www.isbe.net/assessment/pdfs/2008_Assessment_Network_Training.pdf and attend a training session that is geographically best suited for you.
