Science Assessments for All Students in Grades 4, 7 and 11

The No Child Left Behind Act requires that ALL students be assessed in science at the elementary, middle and high school levels beginning with the 2007 - 2008 school year. This is the first year that ELL students must be included in those state science assessments. Districts and schools are reminded that the 2008 ISAT, PSAE, and IAA will have a science test component for grades 4, 7 and 11.
