PSAE Announcements

Delivery of 2009 PSAE Reports — PSAE reports are scheduled to arrive in district offices and home high schools no later than August 31, 2009.

The following PSAE score reports will be sent to principals of home high schools:

• School Performance Profile - 1 copy
• School Roster - 1 copy
• Individual Student Report - 2 copies (One copy is for students, and the second copy is for school files.)
• PSAE student data CD and corresponding record layout

New this year, one copy of the PSAE Individual Student Report from April/May 2009 testing is being provided to the student’s testing school if it is different from their home high school.

The following PSAE score reports will be sent to principals of home high schools:

• School Performance Profile(s) - 1 copy
• District Performance Profile - 1 copy
• District Roster - 1 copy
• If the district has more than one high school, a PSAE student data CD for each high school and corresponding record layout

WorkKeys score reports are scheduled to be shipped to home high school principals starting August 26, followed by PSAE Illinois State Goals reports to be shipped in early September. Templates for 2009 PSAE reports and the Guide to the 2009 PSAE are posted online at http://www.isbe.net/assessment/htmls/format_guide.htm.

Reporting Note: Students who took PSAE with state-allowed accommodations do not receive reportable ACT scores. Therefore, PSAE score reports will indicate NA where PSAE Day 1 ACT scale scores normally appear. In early September ACT will ship Notification of Results from PSAE Day 1 (ACT Plus Writing) to principals of students who tested with State-Allowed accommodations
