2009 LEP Assessment Accommodation Guidance and Phone Presentations

ISBE has posted online detailed information regarding the provision of assessment accommodations to students who are Limited English Proficient (LEP).  The document entitled “Accommodation Guidelines for LEP Students” can be found at http://www.isbe.net/assessment/default.htm.

ISBE will be hosting Call-In presentations addressing ELL (LEP) accommodations.  This is the same presentation given at the 32nd Annual Statewide Conference for Teachers Serving Linguistically & Culturally Diverse Students, January 6-9, 2009 at the Oak Brook Marriott.  A PDF file of the slides entitled “2008-09 ELL Assessment Accommodation Presentation – 01/12/2008” is posted online at http://www.isbe.net/assessment/default.htm.
