The Belin-Blank Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development (www.education.uiowa.edu/belinblank) will host the Belin-Blank Advanced Leadership Institute on June 21-22, 2007, on the campus of The University of Iowa in Iowa City.

The focus of this year’s Advanced Leadership Institute will be “Gifted English Language Learners.” One of our keynote presenters will be Chicagoan Dr. Rosina Gallagher.
