Dear Program Directors:

Due to a heavy demand for hotel rooms, the Abraham Lincoln Hotel is no longer taking hotel reservations for the September 27, 2007 TBE/TPI “Program Directors meeting.

Program directors that plan to attend the meeting but that need a hotel room are encouraged to see http://www.springfield-il.com/accomodations.php.

Guests will be reimbursed at a rate of $70 + tax which is the allowable state rate.

Directions and forms will be provided to you at the meeting. Please bring your hotel receipt to facilitate reimbursement.
