Dear Program Directors and Administrators Completing the FY09 Consolidated Application to Serve ELLs:

There is an important update for those who downloaded the FY09 Consolidated Application to Serve English Language Learners (Long Version) prior to May 7, 2008.  A correction was made to the FY09 ceiling calculator.  To make certain that your FY09 ceiling funding calculations are accurate you must replace your existing ceiling calculator.   To obtain the instructions and the new ceiling calculator, see our related HOT TOPICS links at http://www.isbe.net/bilingual/.
