ISBE DELL e-Broadcast 2008.87 - FY08 Federal Public Charter School Start Up Program RFPThe Illinois State Board of Education has released an RFP for a FY08 Federal Public Charter School Start Up Program - Pre Charter Planning, Planning and Implementation grants. Eligible applicants would include not for profit entities with strong educational backgrounds which have submitted a charter school proposal to an LEA, charter schools that have been approved to enroll students and charter schools that have already opened. Applicant deadlines begin as early as Feb 29, 2007.
