State Transitional Bilingual Education
The State Transitional Program of Instruction (TPI) and the Transitional Bilingual Education (TBE) program provides supplemental financial assistance to help local school districts meet the extra costs and helps school districts meet needs of these children and facilitate their integration into the regular public school curriculum.
