Good afternoon,
I am sending this message in response to Gov. Rod
Blagojevich’s proclamation of 9/11 as Patriot Day
in Illinois. In his
proclamation, Gov. Blagojevich instructs Illinois state offices to honor victims
on Thursday by flying flags at half-mast and calls on citizens to observe a
moment of silence at 7:46 a.m. (8:46 EST), the time when the first plane struck
the World Trade Center two years ago.
For details of the proclamation go

Thank you.
