MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF CONTRACT FOR OUTSIDE LEGAL
COUNSEL HANDLING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING ISSUES TO BE ADOPTED
AT JULY 1, 2002 SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Motion for Extension of the Current Contract for Legal Services pertaining to Collective
Bargaining with the Law Firm of Laner, Muchin, Donbrow, Becker, Levin and
Tominberg, Ltd. (LMDBLT).

The State Board of Education hereby authorizes the State Superintendent of Education to extend the contract for legal services performed by this law firm in conjunction with collective bargaining of Work-Force Re-alignment issues with IFSOE in the amount of $50,000.
