Denial of Certificate
NOTICE TO APPLICANTS WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN DENIED A CERTIFICATE:
If you have previously been denied a certificate, be advised that if you re-apply, ISBE will review a personal statement and letters of reference or recommendation and may require you to submit additional documentation (see Rule 25.485). Your application fee is non-refundable. This is not a guarantee that you will receive a certificate. Your application may be denied and if so, you will be advised of your option to appeal that denial.
