K-12 Classroom Teachers and Administrators

Description:

The Mathematics Education Trust (MET), through National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, offers grants, scholarships, and awards for K-12 mathematics educators and K-12 school in-service grants, with deadlines every May and November depending on award.

Suggested Use for these Documents:

  1. Teachers could apply for these as an individual professional development opportunity.
  2. Teachers could meet as grade level teams, and use the in-service grant application as a way to prioritize needs.
  3. Coaches, specialists, and administrators could use this document to guide professional growth opportunities in educator understanding and implementation of Common Core State Standards.
