MEDIA ADVISORY State Superintendent to release and discuss State Report CardState Superintendent of Education Robert E. Schiller will hold a media availability tomorrow afternoon to discuss results of the 2003 Illinois State Report Card. Release of the statewide results and profile precede the release of the individual school and district report cards expected later this week. The phone availability will allow for questions and answers through a cued-up process to ensure opportunity for questions to as many reporters as possible. WHO: State Superintendent Robert E.
