Statewide Task Force on Re-Enrolling Students Who Dropped Out of School
to meet Nov. 29
Springfield, Ill. – The recently formed Task Force on Re-Enrolling
Students Who Dropped Out of School has announced an upcoming meeting and
public hearing for Wednesday, Nov. 29, in Springfield, Illinois. The Task
Force is holding a series of hearings around the state and will report its
findings in early 2007.
Who: Task Force committee members.
What: The Task Force on Re-Enrolling Students Who Dropped
Out of School is comprised of public representatives and legislators, along
with individuals from the Governor’s Office, Illinois State Board of
Education, Department of Human Services, Department of Children and Family
Services, Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, and the Illinois
Community College Board.
