Nonpublic Educational Entities
The Nonpublic Educational Entity Registration, Enrollment, and Staff Report is to be completed only by nonpublic educational entities registering for the first time. A nonpublic school is any nonprofit, non-home-based, and nonpublic elementary or secondary school (Section 2-3.25o(e) of the Illinois School Code) that is in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and attendance at which satisfies the requirements of Section 26-1 of the Illinois School Code. Only such schools can register and reregister.You may choose to complete the electronically fillable form 87-01 online or print the form and complete it by hand. Once you have completed the form (electronically or by hand), please sign, date and mail it to the address at the top of page 1 for receipt no later than June 25 for the school to be registered by June 30.
