School District Reorganization is the umbrella term which includes consolidation, school district conversion, partial elementary unit district formation, annexation (detachment and dissolution), high school deactivation, and cooperative high school attendance centers. Financial incentives are available for the above listed options except for detachment and annexation and high school deactivation.
