Public Forum Meetings

Compliance monitoring reviews are designed to examine compliance with applicable state and federal requirements for the provision of special education services. Topics of discussion may include individualized education program (IEP) implementation, the provision of services in the least restrictive environment (LRE), transition services, the involvement of parents in the special education process and other issues specific to the district. Comments gathered through the public forum process will be incorporated into the comprehensive compliance review process.
